I withdrew $600 from my account with the assistance of one of the team members via chat. A day later I checked my transaction history and it shows that the transaction failed.

I was advised to email accounts and security, which I did, but had no response. I emailed again and received an automated response saying that the ticket was now reopened. So this indicates to my that the tickets generated from my original email were closed with no rectification of the issue.
Also, I would assume that a failed withdrawal would result in the funds being put back to my account, which they have not. I was even asked if the funds were there when I made the withdrawal. If the $600 was not in my account, how is it possible to make a withdrawal and gave someone from rich casino attempt to transfer it?!
