I would like to start off by saying that I really enjoy almost all my online gambling experience. I have never filed a complaint before this particular one and until now never thought I would. Every online casino I have dealt with in the past have been more than fair and they have always seemed to side with their customers. This is what keeps the good on line casinos in business.
Last night 10-14-2015, I had the misfortune of trying out for the first time an online casino who attempted to place themselves with the best of the best. After my terrible experience with them they fell extremely short of that. They used my personal information I provided to them to give them a rating of on how my experience was in gambling with them, even promising me a $20 payment to use at their casino after completing it. I have attached the invitation to do this further on in my complaint.
Needless to say, after my completion of their request (in which I was very fair and highly recommending), the $20 payment was denied along with a very unpleasant attitude.
