I requested payment and was approved on 02/13/2017 and all I get is the runaround when I talk to customer support. Since that date I have additional withdrawls totaling over 5K They are:

02/13 - 475
02/17 - 1825
03/03 - 350
03/03 - 850
03/16 - 275
03/16 - 455
03/27 - 500
03/27 - 300
04/04 - 250
04/04 - 255
04/20 - 200

All were approved by the site, on the dates listed above. Policy says it will take up to 2 weeks, but I am looking at 3 months. I feel sorry for people with big wins, I can't imagine what they go through.

I'm very sorry for the long delays you've been experiencing--I know it's been frustrating for you.

I've reviewed your account and I do see a payment ($850) was issued to your Bitcoin account, yesterday. From the notes, it appears another payment will go off before the end of this week. I'll stay on top of this to ensure this happens and to keep you updated.

It's a start, a rather odd one as my oldest withdrawls are $475 and $1825 but it is a start. I will not consider this issue resolved until the full amount due has been paid. Can you confirm whether there was another payment made on May 20?

Hi Galen--

I'm going to have to check with our Payments Manager on that missing payment--I've looked at the notes and it does show as paid, so I'm not certain what happened here.

In the meantime, a $350 payment was issued yesterday--can you please tell me if you received this?

It has actually gotten a bit confusing. I HAVE received 3 payments now in the sum of

$346(your $350)
$1675(This doesn't match any of my cashouts, could be a different casino but I thought you were the only ones I did requests in bitcoin)
$1838(probably actually 1850 or 1825 which would match one of my payment requests)

So, please do talk to your payments manager and let's see if we can come to agreement on what you have paid me, but it appears progress has been made.

We have all of the confirmations from Blockchain if this is not making sense.

Please confirm that these payments have all been received on your end. Until we receive this confirmation, our Payments Manager is reluctant to continue sending payments via Bitcoin. Once we have confirmation that you've received all these payments, we'll resume payments (there is still $2325 pending to be paid).

I have received every payment but the $850, that one started but never completed for reason I do not understand. Everything else I am happy to verify I have received.

I'm going to have to speak with our Payments Manager, later today regarding the $850--without her input, I don't want to make a hasty guess on how to proceed with this.

We've gotten to the bottom of the missing $850--it was rejected (not sure why, really). The good news is that we got that $850 through today, so please check your Bitcoin account for this.

Another payment will go off later this week--I'll keep you updated on this.

I see a payment ($800) was made to your account, yesterday (the 16th). I'm showing another $705 pending to be paid--I'll have to check a bit further when I'm in the office on why the $90 disparity (I'm not in the office right now, so I have only very limited access to information).
