Extreme Delay on Approved Withdrawal and Unresponsive Customer Support

I've had my first withdrawal approved for $875 on April 24, 2017. all of the card authorization forms have been submitted and approved prior on previous (declined) withdrawal requested. i waited the 20 business day payment period and contacted them again at the 20 business day mark, ticket ID #LTK121660168097710X with an auto reply of an expected response time of 24 hrs. it has since been 5 days and no response and no calls from the customer support. please help me resolve this issue.

Just received the check, a few hours after receiving the tracking information. It was overnighted to my surprise. I am now a very happy customer. Thank you for helping resolve this matter.

I'm very sorry for the delays you've experienced with this--we've been working through quite a backlog with our processors.

I've reviewed your account and I do see that your payment has already been sent to our processors on the 27th. With this in mind, I would expect to see your tracking early next week (possibly sooner). As soon as I receive your tracking, I'll come back to update this thread.
