Not paying my withdrawals for 9 weeks already


All my documents are approved, have 2 withdrawals one for $500, the other for $600, the manager approved it, so I waited for 4 weeks been emailing them , live chatted they said my withdrawal was sent to finance dept. and should take about 7 to 10 days to go into my account, it's been 9 weeks now, and they keep emailing me the same thing, a rep will get in touch with me in 1 day, and still nothing. I email them like every other day and will keep emailing them till I get my money..
