Excessive delay in collection of winnings
Approx 18 months ago I joined Royal Ace casino,and was lucky to have a win of approximately $1000.00 dollars (aus dollars),I did not use any bonuses and wanted to collect the win.I filled in all the required documents and proof of identity forms etc and submitted the information.I never ever got a reply,instead was sent what I believe were fake emails stating that the casino was being delayed in collecting my supporting documents,i tried via email,and via the chat service online to get a answer but seemed to be ignored.i attempted this for approximately 4months then decided I was never going to collect my winninfs,until my friend said we should try to again get my winnings,this was approx 2months ago, now this time on my account with the casino it states the payment had gone through for processing and had gone into a pending status.Again I have tried many times to contact and am never getting a response.its very frustrating,i did however change banking institutions in the past 6 months and I also now use a different email,again though I updated all my personal details with the Royal Ace Casino.i hope your firm can help me as I feel I am being trodden of and treated extremely unjust.
