On December 31, 2017 I submitted my cashout request of $714. at Las Vegas USA Casino. This cashout was APPROVED on January 8, 2018 for payout. But they endlessly delay making this cashout, totally counter to their own casino policy regarding withdrawals. I have contacted customer service MANY TIMES. The reps repeatedly apologize for this delay and tell me they'll email the manager about this. But no payment ever results! Please help me to get my withdrawal paid.

The $714. sum was finally paid after a very long wait.
I now request that Ask Gamblers open a case with Las Vegas USA for the non-payment of $2,000. for two (2) wins of $1,000. apiece that occurred on or about May 1, 2018.
