Taking a long time to pay out my winnings

Good morning,

I played at Egocasino and won on 25th of December. I made three withdrawals, 1000 EUR each so a total of 3000 EUR of withdrawals.

I was asked to provide documentation to verify my account and on 28th of December my account was verified.

I have asked many times Egocasino to process my withdrawals. They have replied to my emails saying that the withdrawals will be processed, but there are delays. After waiting this long, I do not want to wait any longer and ask that EgoCasino would process the pending withdrawals.

I will attach files showing my withdrawal history and the email answers I have gotten about the pending withdrawals.
