Payment pending for over a month

Hello,

I have made a withdrawal request at Egocasino on 24th of November. The withdrawal amount was 1000 euros. Egocasino asked for my documents and they were quickly verified on 1st of December.

I have now been waiting for the pending withdrawal for over a month and am asking EgoCasino to please process the withdrawal.

The website is working really well and the chat is fast, but unfortunately the chat cannot help with the withdrawal.

I have attached a picture of the withdrawal status at EgoCasino and another screenshot of the email about my withdrawal.

I thank EgoCasino and AskGamblers for the help with this withdrawal.

Please let me know, if you need any other details about the withdrawal.
