Delayed withdrawal for a week

Please help with egocasino (which is part of the group with agrocasino, zigzag) casino does not pay 1000 euros.

The casino claims that the only reliable withdrawal method is Bitcoin, but I can't wait for payments on it for almost a week.

Every day I hear that the withdrawal will soon be implemented, but it all looks more like a scam. The casino collects deposits, but does not carry out withdrawals
