Delayed payments again

Hello,

I requested two withdrawals from Egocasino on 6.10. so over two weeks ago.
One for 1000€ and another for 988€ to my debitcard.
They have not processed neither one on the requests.

My account is already verified.

I would like Egocasino to process my withdrawals and stop delaying.
