Casino delaying payment

On 06.08.2020 I had a balance of 4650 EUR. I submitted 2 withdrawal requests for 1000 EUR each. On the 08.08.2020 I added another for 1000 EUR.

I used bank card transfer to Neteller, as when I requested that previously they said it would be much quicker with bank card. According to their terms it should take 24 business hours at most, counting 12 business hours per day. Now it has been over 2.5 weeks.

I ask them via live chat every day what's up, and all they say is they forwarded my request to the finance department.
