16 days have passed and payment still on pending


Hi there,

On 1 October 2020, I deposited without bonus and lucky me, I made my withdrawal requested 2,000 EUR ( 1,000 each by visa card). In addition, my account has been verified on the same day, it seems the casino had the prompt actions. However,my payments are still on pending until now. I kept asking the live chat several times, I got the same response as " i have forwarded your request to the finance department, please be patient and the payment team will process your payment asap" but could not answer me when my payment will be processed. I also emailed the financial department but no responded. I have now waited for 16 days to process my withdrawal. I have read T&C , it supposed to be 24 working hours and the payment process start from 11 am. till 11 PM. so it s 2 business days in total.

Could you please ask Ego casino to proceed my withdrawal payment asap.
