There seems to be a technical Glitch on the site Dreamwins which is stopping me withdrawing

Hello,

I have had my account about three weeks.

There seems to be a software glitch on the site which does not allow me to withdraw (See the attached). My account is verified.

I have reported this a few times but all I seem to get back is the party line 'We've past it to the team, communicate through the ticket'. I've been doing this and there is still no resolution.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Our Payments Team should have reached out to request if you are able to see if you are able to now see the option to withdraw in your account and re-attempt - Please ensure that you clear you cache and cookies before doing so.
