Delayed payment and no info

I made a withdrawal of 920 euros and received information that it would get processed within 48 hours, but it has now been over 72 hours and still nothing has happened. I have tried to reach them in live chat but it is never open, and it is hard to get answer through e-mail since it takes a long time. I have withdrawn money before at this casino without problem and it is all verified.

A summary of the complaint is, that I have not gotten my withdrawal processed within the time frame of the casino and have got no information about the stalling since it is hard to reach the support team.

I want to give an update, I have still not got a response from neither tickets that I made through the AI chat nor my e-mails. The live chat is still never open. So the problem is ongoing and complete silence from the casino. Which is unfortunate since my experience there have been good until now. So I hope this gets resolved soon to not damage any trust towards the casino.
