Dream Vegas Casino - Withdrawal still not received

I made a withdrawal from Dream Vegas of £350 and they state that it was released from their end on the 22/08/2018.But nothing has been received in my account.I have been in touch with live help on numerous occasions but it has still not been resolved.I was promised an email from them regarding the matter,but again nothing received.Now when i contact live help they are disconnecting me.Please advise.

All that has happened so far is: Dream Vegas Casino has sent me a private message asking for my log in details.I have provided them but have not heard back from them since !

Our team has reviewed your account and can confirm that two withdraws were issued in August to your registered VISA card ending in 6012.

The last withdraw was to the value of £300.03 it was requested on August 21, 2018 and was processed on August 22, 2018.

You will be able to trace this payment with his bank using the ARN Number that we have sent you privately.
