Since the 24th of September I've made a total of 4 accepted withdrawals, none of which have been received as of yet. I've contacted Dream Vegas about this on multiple occasions, and they have told me "it has been resolved, wait a few days/a weeks" on multiple occasions.
This is getting quite ridiculous as I have to keep contacting them only to be fed wrongful information, so I thought I'd submit a complaint here since it seems I've hit a brick wall talking to Dream Vegas support.

This complaint has been reopened as per the submitter's request and the AskGamblers Complaint Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved in the dispute reach a satisfactory resolution.
Today they notified me by e-mail that they'd reversed my withdrawals and put the money back in the casino account. Only half of it is in the casino account so far, so I don't know what's up with that. However, they requested me to try alternative withdrawal methods, but the alternatives that were suggested are not available, this is really poor communication on their behalf.
