I played in March 17- and still waiting. They said my winnings of 500 was sent on March 17, then said it came back to them. I asked not sure why that is when I have received winning several times into my acct no problem. They continue to ask for more banking information including a void cheque, over and over asking for more banking and a statement to show I did not receive anything.
Told them they have more info then needed and I’m still waiting.

Hi NOLEFTLEG,
We have been informed that we attempted to pay you but however the funds returned to our account (this was as a result of inaccurate details being listed); we therefore requested a bank statement in order to re-attempt the transaction.
We have been in touch with our Risk Team who confirmed that they attempted the transaction 2 days ago; we would however only know for certain in about 2 - 5 business days thereafter whether the funds were successfully processed or not.
Can you check if the founds have reach your account? If this is not the case, we might need to request an extension on this dispute; based on the above.

This is simply unreal. I am still waiting. I played and won. March 17th you say you sent me my winnings, April 8 I didn’t receive it. So from then on I have sent you all my personal information as per your request to show you I did not receive it. Was told for some reason the money came back to you, again not sure why. I asked you for your provider as to who you used so I could check it out as they may have been some issue through the banks, nothing was sent to me, this needs to be finished Now!!!
