I won £1800 playing live roulette on 9.4.19, 10 days ago. I've not received a single email from them and every time I go on live chat they say they will update when they have spoken to accounts but still no correspondence and withdrawal not being processed.
My deposit was instant, why should it take so long to process a withdrawal?

Please note that Verification Checks include checks on your identity, age and place of residence.’
