It’s been well over a month since I requested a withdrawal for $450. It has yet to make it into my acct. I’ve sent Dream Vegas all bank statements & correspondence from my bank which verifies that it has not been transferred into my acct. Dream Vegas just keeps sending me their transaction # and saying to check with my bank...I have it’s not there. Bank keeps telling me that the casino needs to figure out where the $ has gone/ or cancel the transfer and re-issue the transfer. Dream Vegas refuses to take responsibility and doesn’t seem concerned as to where that(my money)has gone.

They finally looked into this and it was human error on their side. Funds have been sent to my acct. I just wish they had taken this seriously weeks ago.
