My withdrawal of £140 was accepted on the 21st April, today is the 26th and it is still not in my bank account. I have never known a casino to take this long to credit money to a bank account before. My last withdrawal took only 24hours. They just give me a generic response and tell me to contact my bank if it’s not there but this is nothing to do with the bank. I am fully verified and don’t understand why this is taking so long.

It’s now the evening of the 29th April, my withdrawal of £140 was approved 8 days ago and still has not been paid into my account. I went onto live chat this evening and a girl named Stacey has confirmed that they are having issues with the payment provider but still absolutely nobody has emailed me or tried to contact me in anyway. A member of staff named Frank has also shut my account as I stated that with Covid19 and a decrease in income this was a bad time for this to happen. There was no abuse, no bad language or anything but he closed it and told me to contact my bank, shocking. Where is my money?

It’s now the 28th and still no money. They have given me an ARN code but the bank tell me they can’t do anything with this at all. It should be a case of the merchant assigning it to the card and that’s it. I have sent in bank statements to prove to them that it’s not gone in but they haven’t even responded.
