I have requested a withdrawal early (near midnight) on the 20/08. More than 72h later, the withdrawal is still pending…. And cancellable.

I did not have any issue with withdrawal lower amount, but now… seems more complicated. As usual, casinos try to win few days hoping player plays everything.

My account is fully verified, id, credit card, selfie…

Dolfwin chat morning told me they encountered a problem with Fast Transfer Bank…

Hope they will solve it today, in other case I will query withdrawal by another method.

I also have to notice that my balance is 5000 Chf. And your delaying delay also the next one of a week, because you have 5000 max per week. Hope you’ll do the necessary to treat it reasonably …

I don’t understand why it’s causing some issues, can you explain why it takes toi long please?
