I have requested a withdrawal early (near midnight) on the 20/08. More than 72h later, the withdrawal is still pending…. And cancellable.

I did not have any issue with withdrawal lower amount, but now… seems more complicated. As usual, casinos try to win few days hoping player plays everything.

My account is fully verified, id, credit card, selfie…

The withdrawal has been executed and funds received. but Dolfwin sent me an email regarding their condition, takes 8% fees because not the first withdrawal of the month. (I get the choice to wait 30 days or 8% now…)

That’s pretty lot funny, when the ;first support operator told me « it’s a problem with fast bank transfert method »… it wasn’t, I think they finally search for not paying this, they can’t and finally they found something in their condition to pay less…

Anyway, pending withdrawal for more than 6 days is just a way to replay the money won by the player…

My worst casino’s online experience.

Dolfwin Casino - Does not pay out win

I am trying to get help again. I have gambled at dolfwin since this summer. Several times i have asked to get self excluded. One time they closed my account for 30 days but recently the haven't been answering my mails. During that time I kept playing and won 1027 euro. I then sent an email just to be sure that they wouldn't close my account before the money was withdrawn.
I won the money sep 5th, On sep 6th i got an email that they wanted a bank statement. I sent that to them directly. A few days later i asked if the money was paid out, on the site it said that the withdrawal was approved on the 8th sep.
Then I got an email asking if I still was experiencing trouble and I answered that the withdrawal still was missing.They told me that everything was in order from their side and asked me what the amount was and that they were going to look into it. Then they wanted a screenshot from my bank account which I gave them. Then I have sent them the bank statement again and they keep saying that it has been withdrawn. I have sent them more emails that they don't respond to and now they closed my account for another 30 days and the money i still missing.
I cant upload more files, it says wrong while uploading. Can i send the files in some other way?

Dolfwin Casino froze my withdrawal for no reason

Hello,

I submitted a withdrawal request from Dolfwin Casino on 14th July and have still not received my payment (9594 PLN in ca. 2615USDC).

I have sent numerous emails with no reply and have also spoke on to their Live Chatand keep getting the same response that it’s been reviewed and will be processed soon ( no timeframe given).

My account is fully verified,I have been told by security team to send selfie with ID, what I did, and got 0 updates.
I also never used bonuses.

Please help me AskGamblers to solve this case.

Withdrew 5000€ on Saturday morning about 9am still no sign of it on Tuesday at 5pm very little response through email customer service doesn't want to know. Just went into my account to check only to see withdrawal has failed no email to let me know why this happened.

Is this a real casino??

Waiting 3 days for my payment

I submitted a withdrawal request from Dolfwin Casino on 6th Oct at 9.32 pm and have still not received my payment.

I have sent numerous emails with no reply and have also been on to their Live Chat agents and keep getting the same response that it’s been reviewed and will be processed soon.

My account is fully verified and I have received a different payment which took just under 2 days to process.

Delaying my withdrawal of 2500

Over a week now waiting on a withdrawal to process, the same generic message that another company deals with withdrawals, no sign of movement.

Have withdrawn before and it took two days, beyond the joke at this stage. Said they'd leave a note on my account to speed it up but it's being of no help. Hopefully this sorts it soon.

Did not pay 290 usd, deducted all winnings with fake allegation

I deposited 100 usd and played bets. I had 100 usd sports bonus. I played 1600 usd more and converted the bonus to real money. Total 290+
Then I requested withdrawal of 210 usd and the drama started! Asles for verification and I did. Then mailed me to send selfie with id and I sent it. They verify all and now I logged in and they deducted all my balance and just deposit 100 usd left there. Told me that I manipulated bonus which is fake allegation. Delayed payment technical issues

To whom it may concern,

I have a 2132 euro withdrawal being withheld firstly due to technical issues with no specific reason. I was asked to resubmit. I subsequently resubmitted the withdrawal for an higher amount and now the payment is still pending. My account is fully verified and have already had a successful withdrawal of 100 euro. This is clearly delaying tactics. Live chat is no help and emailing support is leading to generic responses with no detail stating that another department looks after it. Dolfwin didn't send me my withdrawal and refuses to provide TxID

Good Morning askgamblers,

I'm here to ask for your assistance on a problem that happened to me on this casino.

Yesterday (23/04) after completing the KYC procedure, my withdrawal request and sent and confirmed by their payment provider (allegedly).
I didn't receive anything in my wallet, and after that event i tried to contact their live chat, asking for the exact transaction hash, which they refused to provide right away.

I will post here all the proof gathered.
