Payment still pending over 72h

I have requested a withdrawal early (near midnight) on the 20/08. More than 72h later, the withdrawal is still pending…. And cancellable.

I did not have any issue with withdrawal lower amount, but now… seems more complicated. As usual, casinos try to win few days hoping player plays everything.

My account is fully verified, id, credit card, selfie…

The withdrawal has been executed and funds received. but Dolfwin sent me an email regarding their condition, takes 8% fees because not the first withdrawal of the month. (I get the choice to wait 30 days or 8% now…)

That’s pretty lot funny, when the ;first support operator told me « it’s a problem with fast bank transfert method »… it wasn’t, I think they finally search for not paying this, they can’t and finally they found something in their condition to pay less…

Anyway, pending withdrawal for more than 6 days is just a way to replay the money won by the player…
