Dolfwin didn't send me my withdrawal and refuses to provide TxID

Good Morning askgamblers,

I'm here to ask for your assistance on a problem that happened to me on this casino.

Yesterday (23/04) after completing the KYC procedure, my withdrawal request and sent and confirmed by their payment provider (allegedly).
I didn't receive anything in my wallet, and after that event i tried to contact their live chat, asking for the exact transaction hash, which they refused to provide right away.

I will post here all the proof gathered.

Problem fix, i just saw that they sent me the crypto in another chain for no reason, anyway its solved.
