Casino Adrenaline - Doesn't pay out, lying about why and saying different reasons

Hello So i played at the casino adrenaline i won and they took the win. The reason they said the first time is that i took over 14 Days to complete the bonus. I will attach files where you can se when i did deposit and when bonus was done. Ive talked to them several times in the chat and they never answer anything just saying , we will Contact you by mail. And they never do. I also got the spinhistory from when i won. And when i talked to them today again they first said the reason they took the Money was that i was inactive for to long time and didnt do a withdraw ( attach a file where u can see that i did the withdraw a couple of Days after my win. And when i talked to the chat and they said it took to long time for me to withdraw, i told them i did the withdraw a couple of Days after. She answered me then, the problem is that u didnt send us documents (which i did of course). So now they changed the story. Please help me and dont let them get away. (couldnt mail the history since it not a image, like a jpg. i will mail it to you if u want it)
