Declined payment twice, then closed my account and refused help!
About 2 weeks ago i opened an account with rich casino, everything seemed to be fine and I was able to make a deposit. As soon i deposited my money with credit card i went to live chat and informed them to remove the bonus because I did not want to deal with the roll over. Overall I made about $150 in deposits. about 1 week later I managed to win $1000! On 10/30/2015 I send them all the documents required in order to do a payout. on 11/1/2015 I requested a payout via paper check and it was declined so I spoke with the customers service and they informed me that they are doing a random security check that only occurs twice a year and after a week i would be able to request a payout, on 11/08/2015 i requested a paper check for $1100 and on 11/12/2015 i went online and saw it was declined again, however this time they took the funds the first time they returned my funds into my account, as soon as I saw it i went on live chat and the representative said hi and once i explained my situation he never responded back to me. About 2 hours later when i tried to log in I found out my account has been disabled and to contact customer service, since my account is locked I cant chat with them online and my phone calls are not being answered, after waiting for 15 minutes i get a message saying goodbye. I also sent emails to their security department to see what the problem is, however they never responded. This casino is a scam and its targeting Americans, I would hate to see someone dealing with this casino. They were so quick to accept my deposit and always trying to offer me some type of deal to deposit even more money but when it came to pay me they refused to do so.
