The deposit still not credited to my casino account

Yesterday at 17:39:36 i made transaction to my account for amount 2507 TRX . But they wont credited on my account. I asked support but they said just wait and then they stopped responding to my messages. Also i attached a screenshot from my account with deposit details where i have to send funds.
