Dexterbet not answering livechat nor email after 1000e withdrawal request


After my crypto withdrawal request at 3/8 they have only responded to my inquiries once at 4/8 where they told me I had just had to wait. Now my withdrawal has still not been processed, and they are still not responding. I don't know what more I can do.

Please if the casino can respond and pay out my money. This is the first time I've had problems with them, and they always responded via chat earlier.
