Casino delays payment and does not reply to emails
Hello,
I have pending withdrawal of 900 euros in Dexterbet. I requested it via crypto and I received a message that it would be processed up to 48 hours.
I waited these hours, didn't receive anything and started emailing them. I haven't received any answers for a week which embarrasses me. At least, they could write me to wait or something but...nothing. Also I noticed that they stopped the live chat. They had live chat and after I joined it to ask what is going on, it suddenly disappeared. I think that`s not normal- if they replied me at least once I could wait but I start worrying about my money and I decided to share my case here.
Would you please help me?
