Casino delays payment and does not reply to emails

Hello,

I have pending withdrawal of 900 euros in Dexterbet. I requested it via crypto and I received a message that it would be processed up to 48 hours.

I waited these hours, didn't receive anything and started emailing them. I haven't received any answers for a week which embarrasses me. At least, they could write me to wait or something but...nothing. Also I noticed that they stopped the live chat. They had live chat and after I joined it to ask what is going on, it suddenly disappeared. I think that`s not normal- if they replied me at least once I could wait but I start worrying about my money and I decided to share my case here.

Would you please help me?

Dextercasino did pay me on the 5th of June. The request of the withdrawal was on 19th of May. I dont know anything about fraud. It is just an excuse from Dexterbet for the delay. However I am pleased that I received my winnings. I want to thank to AskGamblers for giving this platform as a chance for gamblers to share their issues.

And also- thanks to Dexterbet for paying. However, I would like to admit that I had stress and worrying about this money. After all 10 e-mails of mine were not answered. They could say " hey, wait, we`re checking you" but there was not a such a thing.

Hello all

The player who complains about his withdrawals of 900 euro, was double-checked by our fraud team.
The reason was that every time when he was playing in our casino he used another (different) VPN, and his crypto wallet was marked as a Risk for us.

That's why we decide to check him with our team of specialists and see if his crypto wallet was legal for use.

After the checking, he was successfully paid. 900.00 Euro on 05/06/2023 ( 16:36 )
