Deliberately stalling payout of withdrawals


I won and requested a total of $20,000 on December 7th I think. I submitted all documentation and received the first payout in the form of a check, which took a couple of months. I was told that having the withdrawals wired would be quicker, and changed my method of payment to wire transfer for the remainder of the withdrawals. After the second $2500 payment, the casino started declining my $2500 withdrawal requests, and resubmitting the request on my behalf in withdrawal requests of $1250 each. I asked why, and they said it was due to processor limitations. Now they are saying that they can only process the withdrawal requests once a month. I know this is not true, and I would like my withdrawals to be processed the way they were requested. I have been very patient and put up with the deliberate delay, but this is ridiculous. Not only are they cutting the withdrawal requests in half, and trying to delay it to one payment per month, they are charging $50 per wire. Enough is enough...Can you please help me get the remainder of my payouts according the their initial claims and advertising on the Planet 7 website? I have numerous chat transcripts I can provide. I can also see on this website (askgamblers.com), that other players are getting their payments according to the terms of the Planet 7 website... $2500 payments once a week (not $1250 once a month) Thank you very much, in advance, for your help.

These are the withdrawal requests that still show pending. There is one payment that has been approved for $1250, that doesn’t show here, but I haven’t received yet.

Planet 7 Casino website states :
Withdrawal Limits: $100 - $2,500 (per Transaction)

I received 2 pmts of $2500. After that, they cut the pmts in half, and have been paying me $1250 per withdrawal, instead of my requested $2500.
Not only am I not getting the $2500 withdrawal payments once a week…I have been getting $1250, it’s been more like once every three weeks or month, but they are charging me $50 per wire, so it is costing me double.
Now they are saying that they can only pay once a month.
Clearly they are deliberately delaying the payment because I can see that they are paying other people $2500 per week.

I would like the remainder of my payments to be made according to the Planet 7 website, $2500 per week, as I requested 5 months ago (these pending withdrawals are dated 01/03/18….the initial request was December 5th or 7th). I have been fair and patient for 5 months. I am now getting upset! Please help.

Please remember that with all wires, banks do charge fees--this is why you received less than what we've issued. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for bank fees.

With the payment issued May 20th, there are no further withdrawals pending approval or payment.
