Deliberately stalling payout of $16,000 jackpot
I applied to withdraw $16,000.00 on the 7th March and everday there after i am still receiving emails saying I didn't submit some form of id when i did. I resent it once again only to be told the utilities bill is not acceptable because it's not in my name. I contacted them previously to inform them of that and as it states on their email you can use the utilities bill in someone elses name but you must provide their id n a consent form that verifies you live there which i did.
I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience in winning the jackpot as i feel i am being giving the run around on purpose and now to know I'm not alone in this situation only solidifies the poor service in paying out customers. To advertise a disconnected phone number is certainly not a good look for any company.
