On May 17th I submitted a withdrawal for $485 and it was approved shortly after. Two weeks later a representative told me that it had been sent to processing for payout. A week after that another rep said the same. I checked back in a week ago to find out the status of check and a supervisor named Osiman said that the check had not been sent out yet and there was no timeframe as to when it would be. Totally not ok to be lied to and have payout delayed with no further information as to when it would be sent out
