Captain Jack Casino - Delaying $9,300 withdrawal approval & payment again

hello

I have 4 withdrawals in the amount of $9300 that are still pending since 6/23 and 6/24. The last 2 times i checked with live chat i was told it was escalated and just wait it will be approved. The casino is delaying the approval again hoping im going to cancel the withdrawal and play it. All my informations and documents are in order so theres no reason for this delays. I ask askgambler/Tawni for their help again to collect my winnings.Before this 2 withdrawals were returned to my account because i was told i did not pass my playrgrough which i did.( Im using code MID200 whish have a 15 times the bonus plus deposit) insterad of 15x thry used 30x and i lost one of the withdrawals. Im writing this in case the casino try that one again. Thank you for ty for your help

Another wire was sent off, earlier this week: 7/10 Paid $1500 for transaction #30347784. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account towards the middle of next week (possibly sooner). ;-)

I've just checked on your account and I see another payment was sent off to our processor, Thursday: 07/19 Paid $2140 + $20 Service fees for transaction #30477619. I'm guessing the funds should hit your account towards the middle of this coming week. ;-)

Thank you for the update, so now im waiting for one wire ($2140) and 2 ($2500) pending, also I have 3 additional pending withdrawals totalling $7500. As promised, another payment went off, late last week: 8/2 Paid $ 2160 for transaction #30785052. I would imagine this should reach your account towards the end of the week (possibly sooner).

Your next withdrawal has already been approved and I'll be putting in the request for payment, later today--I'd expect the payment to be sent off in the next day or two.

That's a bit odd that you've not received that wire. I've sent a query to our Payments Manager, asking her to check with our processor on this--I should have an answer for you, Monday.

In the meantime, another payment was sent off to be processed, yesterday: 8/24 Paid $2120 for transaction #31187290. I expect you'll see the funds in your account towards the end of this coming week.

I've checked with our Payments Manager regarding the missing wire and it does appear it has not been processed. She's gone ahead and sent a query to our processor to see what's happened here--I would expect to have an answer/resolution for this, by Tuesday.

Regarding your next withdrawal, this has already been sent off: 8/28 Paid $2100 for transaction #31313975. With the holiday, I would expect you'll find the funds in your account towards the middle of this coming week. ;-)
