Delaying $2,500 withdrawal, again


I have 2 withdrawals of $2500 both dated 3/2/2018 and when i checked with chat i was told it was approved, later it was disapproved and later they dont know, just wait. Like before i think its just being a delaying tactic .and i am not being given the correct status of my withdrawal. Once again i need askgambler/Tawnis help to resolve this issue.Thank you

I have 2 withdrawals ,(1 for $2500 and the other for $2300) that are pending since 4/23/18 and when i asked whats the status of the withdrawals , was told it was escalated. I heard those before and i dont want to ask them again and again so again im asking the help of Tawni and askgambler to resolve this issue once again. I really like playing at captain jacks casino but their withdrawal process needs to be improved if they want to keep their players.
