On Jan. 16, 2017 I hit a keno ticket for 50,000. I requested a payout for $2500 on Jan 17, 2017 and another $2500 every week after that. I sent them all the documents they asked for and the payouts were approved about a week later. I read all of the terms and conditions when I first started playing a few years ago and read them again before I requested a payout to make sure I was doing everything right. I called , online chatted and e-mailed silver oak many times and was told every time they had everything they needed and that my payouts had been approved and should be in my bank account soon. I still haven't received anything. On the withdrawal page it states that you will be notified within 72 hours if your payout is declined.
I would appreciate any help you can give me on this matter.
