Delayed withdrawal payment

I requested a withdrawal on Sept 8 for $1050 and it was approved on Sept 26 (09/26/2017 05:05 AM, Check Withdrawal Approved! -$1,050.00). In subsequent chats with VIP customer services on Oct 16 and Oct 18 I was told that my request had been "escalated" and I would receive payment within a week. Over a month has passed since approval and still have not received check. Please help resolve this issue.

I'm so very sorry for my slow reply.

I'm happy to tell you that your payment was sent off to our processor on the 12th: Paid $1050 for transaction #79707344. I would expect to see tracking on this before the end of this week--as soon as I have the tracking, I'll be back to give you an update.
