Delayed withdrawal again


I requested a bitcoin withdrawal on December 4th for $100. The request ID is 7372842. I am told "I'm sorry for the delay." Every time I chat or talk to CSR. I was told by customer support just today that it has not even been approved yet! I don't understand the delay? I know it will take longer sometimes, but I have never had to wait this long for a withdrawal to just be approved. I was told that it is delayed because of the holidays, but I have read many complaints of the same issue that were at different times of the year. Can someone please help?
