Delayed verification and payment
First I would like to say I am level 3 vip. I had gotten 2 email addresses to send documents and both were undeliverable. I had called VIP number and spoke to a man who pretty much didn't let me get a word in edge wise and got another bad email address that was undeliverable. I was very patient and finally called once again and got the address that was the correct one. The polite lady I spoke to I believe was called Linda. Within 2 days my paperwork was verified and she being the professional and courteous employee sent me the verification email and even followed up with a personal phone call to tell me personally. During this period of waiting and the back and forth I had cancelled my withdrawal and lost it,thats fine that was my risk. This all started Dec. 3. My docs got verified Jan. 3. I wrote a sincere note thanking her for her professionalism in dealing with my situation. I made another few deposits and won again $2500 it has not been approved and it is beyond the time limit. I did play a bonus so I realize it will be a little less than this. In Nov. 2016 I went through the same delay and process and didn't get paid till mid Feb 2017. To me this is unacceptable, I have always made sure any deposit I made was never in violation of players terms and confirmed this through chat. I am 53 and battling the same illness that took my mothers life last year and recieving treatment at home. I have spent more than I will ever recover here, I enjoy playing here however I have play at another online casino and verification of docs took about an hour and recieved wire payment in three days. I want to be able to keep playing here but something needs to be done to stream line this process. I along with other players I have chatted with are getting tired of the same priority and escalation comments from chat. And it always seems to take months to get paid. Also the deposits end up being more from bank charges and conversion charges. This didn't happen with your competitor. You know you will get this money back but I will not deposit here until I get paid. I am not a wealthy guy and not able to work now so for me every penny counts. My preferred payment is wire transfer. Please help me to resolve this manner.
