Delayed $2500 payment


On thanksgiving I won $2500 and requested a withdraw. I sent in all the requested documentation 5 times to many different emails as they kept saying they hadn't received it. Finally the 8th of December it was approved. Now since then I have received numerous excuses for not receiving my funds including the companycmoved to Prague and was taking longer than usual, then they only processed payments 2 days a week, then their processor was closed from December 20th till January 3rd, then they were having computer problems, and so many more. Continuously being told to wait 5 days, or that it was escalated. I just sent in another withdraw request so that I can move onto a different side. This is very frustrating and feel like I'm being lied to day after day after day.
