Delayed payout and poor service


I requested a withdrawal back around August 27th for $2500, as of today I have not received my money in my bank account. I have gone through the waiting periods and I have spoken to several people either by phone or through online chat and everyone has given me a different excuse and a different timeline for receiving my money. I am a level 5 VIP player and am furious with the customer service and excuses I am getting for lack of payment! Last week the money was supposed to be in my account according to my VIP host, when it wasn't there I called and spoke with a customer service rep and he informed me that the reason for the delay is because the casino has taken on too many more people from other countries and that it would be another 2 weeks before I see my money in my account!! I told home that is unacceptable and would like for my money to be deposit to my account by the end of the week!! Well......no money! So here I am writing a complaint and asking if anyone can get to the bottom of this problem and help me get my money from this casino!!

I just checked my account and I finally got paid!!! This took over 2 months...not very happy , but thankful that this casino finally came through with payment.
