Delayed payments over $4000


Hello, On November 5, I had submitted a $2500 withdrawal from Silver Oak. I have been in communication with them several times and verified that all of my information was current except for a credit card they wanted an updated copy of. I supplied the updated copy as requested. I had problems with delayed payouts in the past, so wanted to get ahead of things and make sure all of my information was still current as I had a withdrawal in August 2017 from a sister site and all information is connected.

On November 16 I spoke with Neo Jefferson of Silver Oak and he verified that all of my documents were current and said he would work on expediting my withdrawals. See attachment

Upon looking at my account yesterday to inquire into my withdrawals since the $2500 had not yet been approved, I discovered that the $2500 from 11/5/2017 was put back into my account!!! I also have two other pending withdrawals $302 also requested later in the day on 11/5 and $1239 requested on 11/17. Because the $2500 withdrawal was removed on 11/5 the $302 withdrawal is now in first place instead! Again, this is just another way to delay a larger payment by putting it back in my account and making me request its withdrawal again!

There was no reason for the withdrawal to be removed. It is extremely frustrating to be asked for the same documentation each time I inquire.

Tawni was extremely helpful with delays I experienced six months ago I am hopeful askgamblers can help once again.

I've gone through the account and I misspoke regarding another payment--there are currently no further payments pending approval or withdrawal on this account:

I've just sent you an email with your transaction history, which will show that all withdrawals have been paid. ;-)
