Delayed Payment, Undelivered e-mails, Non-responsive


I've had this issue with payouts from Silver Oak before. Last time it took nearly 6 months to receive payment so I am hoping to solve this issue much quicker by submitting a complaint. Also, last time I was at least able to contact their Payouts department, manager, etc. This time every e-mail I send kicks back as "delivery incomplete". My withdrawl of $2500 was approved 12/30/2016, and I have not heard anything back yet. I have sent e-mails to different e-mail accounts, and each one is kicked back. When I talked to live chat support, they provided me with the e-mail for the manager, and this was also kicked back. I have attached transcripts to back this up.

On Monday, Feb. 6th, a third party processor reached out to me to ask for method of payment. I informed them if their option of bitcoin was the fastest, I would take that method. They immediately processed the payment, and the bitcoin pended in my wallet until this morning (Feb 8th). It was cleared and available to sell this morning. I'll consider this matter closed, but I still don't understand why all of my e-mails were kicked back, and they have made their selves unavailable to reach by e-mail.
