I've had this issue with payouts from Silver Oak before. Last time it took nearly 6 months to receive payment so I am hoping to solve this issue much quicker by submitting a complaint. Also, last time I was at least able to contact their Payouts department, manager, etc. This time every e-mail I send kicks back as "delivery incomplete". My withdrawl of $2500 was approved 12/30/2016, and I have not heard anything back yet. I have sent e-mails to different e-mail accounts, and each one is kicked back. When I talked to live chat support, they provided me with the e-mail for the manager, and this was also kicked back. I have attached transcripts to back this up.
