I too am having the same issues as others. My withdrawal for $2,500 was approved on 8/20 and my rep stated I would have a tracking number within 7 to 10 days. After several emails this week and last with no response I contacted the chat feature. I also received the same responses of others with conflicting information stating they were waiting on confirmation fthe processors, but then in the same chat said it was getting ready to go to the processors. Bottom line, they said they had no time frame for me but confirmed it has been escalated for a week or so. This is my first withdrawal so of course very nervous. But I enjoy playing at the site.
