Delayed Payment
On May 29, 2016 I submitted the paperwork for withdrawal followed up and with Planet7 and the did not have it so I resubmitted all paperwork again. The withdrawal request was approved on June 6, 2016. On June 8, 2016 I contacted the casino to verify that the process was moving forward. It was then I was notified to contact Robyn to verify more information that was already on the withdrawal forms. I did that the same day. June 9, 2016 Robyn verfies all information received and said 7-10 days for processing to go to third party and Planet7 would send info and tracking soon as the have it. On June 21, 2016 I asked Robyn for a status update she then informed my of a delay and she escalated this to Ally. I then sent an email to Ally and my VIP rep Khloe asking for information. Again they said it was a delay in payment. June 23, 2016 I received an email from Ally to set up bank wire. I responded the same day with the information requested. I contacted Planet7 via chat June 27, 2016 to check the status again. They placed me on hold and Ally responded to my original request for a status update and stated the request had been forward again to another department. I feel as though I'm getting the run around and I really love playing at this site. I may not be a big spender but I do spend enough to be a VIP member.
