I had cashed out two separate times the first December 9th. Actually before that but it was approved by them dec 9th. I immediately sent them verification documents , I also use some of royal aces sister sites so I had them all ready to go right away. It's now JAN 25! Every time I live chat I get a runaround , I call and leave messages and there is no answer and no return call. I have emailed my verification documents and gotten told via live chat that they did receive them and then a week later told that they didn't receive them. It has since supposedly been escalated which means little to me because it's now about 6-7 weeks. Many other casinos pay out much faster. I just want what I won without games.

What's the point of me arguing it, that's exactly how I got the 2200 doing the same thing. Thanks for your help

Unfortunately, I don't have good news for you, relating to the $1100 withdrawal. I completely understand your frustration with this, as it's clear the support agent did a very poor job in explaining things to you. Hopefully, I can do a better job with that...
The coupon you used to achieve your balance was a No Play/No Max coupon. These coupons have strict Terms and Conditions and in that, you must not play any games other than slots and keno. With No Play/No Max, it is a 1 x playthrough, but with that, you still must not play any other games than slots and keno.
"If a player has used a No Play No Max bonus and has completed the playthrough requirement but proceeds to play a restricted or prohibited game, this will result in their winnings being voided. The rules of the bonus will continue to apply even after the playthrough requirement has been fulfilled."

This morning I received a single eire for 2180. I am assuming it is from royal ace. It's funny the timing of it. Now all they need to do is get me the 1100 that they took back and all is well.
