Delayed payment over 3 months
I am submitting this complaint in regards to a $100 withdrawal approved on 6/1/17 and a $300 withdrawal approved on 6/15/17. I have seven different transcripts saved on inquiring about this and I get the same result every time. Paraphrasing: 'This has been escalated but has not been processed'. There is no further reason except 'high volume'. Waiting all summer and now into fall for $400 is a bit absurd. In one transcript the rep offered to 're-escalate', which makes no logical sense and is clearly just lip service. I can produce a copy of these transcripts if needed.
While I have had payments delayed in the past, they were cleared up much much quicker than this. I just want to be paid out so I can be done with Silveroak and online gambling in general. I had originally requested a BTC payout because it was supposed to be faster, but I had to request it be changed to check in late July ahead of the BTC hard fork because I couldn't predict when I would get paid nor how much the BTC would be worth whenever I did get paid. Had I been promptly paid in BTC, it would have appreciated about 2x by now (plus I would have the equivalent amount of BitcoinCash) so the sting of opportunity costs lost is real.
Please pay me out so I can move on and stop wasting time checking up on it.
