I have approved withdraw from this casino the amount of $400 which I have not receive it. It has been over 2 months now but I am still waiting to get my payment. I have been contacted customer support via live chat and email but always getting same response from them "the payment is in process and I should be getting it soon". I tried calling them but never had a luck speaking to anyone(left voicemail messages but no one called back). Please help me resolving this issue. Thanks!
