Royal Ace Casino - Delayed payment of $1460

I made a withdrawal back in July of $2260. Their terms (which we all have to stick to don't we?) state it takes 3 business days just to be approved - it actually took over 10 business days.

It finally got approved on 7th August and live chat told me it would take a shorter time to be sent to me because of this - it states 7 business days to be sent on their T&c's. 21 business days later, (that's right 21 days!) I received a payment of just £610 (around $800) - a whole $1460 short of what I have waited for for all this time.

I then went onto live chat and was told it was because of "velocity" and he would escalate with his manager - I've heard this so many times and it never speeds thing up.

Please just sent me my money so I can close my account with Royal Ace, I'm not using your casino ever again.

For anyone thinking of joining them - if you love waiting for an eternity for your winnings, you love casinos that break their own t&c's and enjoy being lied to by live chat - this is the casino for you. You'll love it!

I'm so very sorry for the delays and difficulties you've experienced with this and I'll be doing what I can to have this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

To this end, we've already sent off a wire to our processors this morning: $2260 for transaction #25331472. I would expect this will reach your account towards the end of this week/early next week at the very latest.

I'll be back in a few days with an update on the balance of your withdrawals.
