I'm hoping Tawni and askgamblers is able to assist me with this issue as I see many people have had great success getting issues resolved. I submitted withdrawal requests on 1/23 for $2,500. I provided my verification documents on 1/23 to paymen­­ts­@­c­as­­ino­­su­p­p­or­­tce­­nt­e­r.com with reference number # 584253. I was told I would receive a response in 2 business days. I have still not received any response. I contacted live chat several times escalating my request. I was finally told that my my withdrawal was approved. I was told that my wire transfer details was updated and I needed to wait 7to10 days. It has been over that time period and I have still not received my winnings. Any help Tawni and askgamblers could provide would be very much appreciated.

Hi Larry--

I'm very sorry for the difficulties you've been having with this--I'm happy to tell you I have good news for you...

Your payment was sent off to our processor this morning: 2/28 Paid $2392 for transaction #95189859. As you can see, there is a bit of a shortfall from your requested amount--this is because you used a coupon. All of our bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your withdrawal amount.

I would expect you'll find the funds reflected in your account, early next week (possibly sooner).
