Delayed payment in the amount of $674
It's going on 2 months since i got the email saying my withdrawal was approved (march 3 and would be in my mail on or before march 23) i have contacted live help numerous times and every time all they say they can do is escalate to get the process to move faster but still no answers and no check. It's becoming very frustrating especially when they always say there's nothing more then can do then escalate it but then i never hear anything back or get a call about it from anyone giving me more info on the situation. All i would like is to be paid what is rightfully mine and move on i didnt think it would take this long for a casino to pay out to there players there winnings. I would appreciate this to be handled quickly and efficiently so we can move on from this. My username is< removed >
