My personal documents were approved by POC on 1/24/17. I had requested a withdraw in the amount of $1248 on 3/10/17, and this withdraw was approved on 3/17/17. I was told via chat that once the withdraw was approved it would take 10 business days for the check to be sent to me. We have exceeded that time frame, and now when i contact POC regarding the withdraw i am getting the run around. Could you please assist? I would like to get paid.
